Gluten free Vegan Carrot Cinnamon Sorghum Tea Cake

Ingredients

  • 1 cup – 100gm of NIHKAN’s Sprouted sorghum flour
  • 20 gm NIHKAN’s Green Banana flour
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp baking soda
  • 90 gm brown sugar
  • 60 gm Oil
  • 60 gm water
  • 1 grated carrot
  • 1 tsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1/2tsp cinnamon powder

Instructions

  1. Take NIHKAN’S Sorghum flour. Add banana flour. Add baking powder, baking soda and sieve them all together.
  2. In another bowl take oil and add water and wisk them well together. Add apple cider vinegar.
  3. Add dry ingredients to wet ingredients. Mix them all well together. Add grated carrot and cinnamon powder.
  4. Grease the tin and pour the batter.
  5. Bake at 180 degree C for 30-35 mins until it comes out nicely done.
