Gluten free Finger Millet (Ragi) Chocolate Teatime Cookies

Ingredients

  • 50 g ( 1/2 cup) NIHKAN Sprouted Finger Millet flour
  • 15 g (1tbsp) NIHKAN Green Banana flour
  • 15 g Cocoa powder
  • 50 g Oil
  • 30 g water
  • 35 g powdered brown sugar
  • 1/4 tsp Baking powder
  • 1/8 tsp Baking soda

Instructions

  1. Mix oil and water in a bowl. You can use blender as well or mix well with hand.
  2. Sieve flours, cocoa powder, sugar, baking powder , baking soda together.
  3. Add dry ingredients to wet ingredients.
  4. Mix them.
  5. Use your hands and bind the flour well together. The texture will be little soft.
  6. Make balls with your hand and press them gently between your hands. And lay them flat on greased baking tray.
  7. Bake in preheated oven at 180 degree C for 15-16 mins until they become little hard from top.

Allow them to cool completely for crispness.
