Vegan & Gluten Free Chocolate Millets Muffins

Ingredients

  • 1 cup -100g of NIHKAN’s Millets Baking Mix
  • 1/4 cup of oil
  • 1/2 cup 100g granulated sugar
  • 1/4 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/2 tsp of salt
  • 2 tsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup hot water

Instructions

  1. Take all wet ingredients – oil, powdered sugar,, vanilla extract . Mix all well.
  2. Add all dry ingredients – Baking Mix flour. cocoa powder
  3. You can add hot water to adjust consistency.
  4. Use folding batter method.
  5. Pour the batter into greased muffin tins.
  6. Bake in preheated oven at 180 degree C for 25-30 mins.
