Sorghum Millet flour Gluten free Tortillas (Indian Breads)

Ingredients

  • 1 cup NIHKAN Sprouted Sorghum Flour – 120gm
  • 8 gm – psyllium husk
  • 160gm of warm water
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1tbsp oil

Butter/Oil for frying on pan

Instructions

  1. Take husk and soak in water for 5 mins.
  2. Take Sprouted sorghum flour, add salt and soaked husk mix and oil and mix them all together and form a soft dough. Knead with your hands.
  3. Now make medium sized balls and roll it gently.
  4. Heat a pan and roast the bread/paratha on both the sides on the 1tsp oil on both sides.

Enjoy hot parathas with pickle or yogurt!
