1/2 cup Nikhan Super Legume Flour 2 tbsp Organic Chickpea Flour 1 3/4 cup buttermilk (3/4 cup fresh curd+ 1 cup water) 1/4 tsp turmeric 1/4 tsp cumin seeds 1/2 tsp corainder powder 1/4 tsp asafoetida(hing) 1 tsp pink salt or as per taste 1 tsp khandsari (healthy unrefined sweetner) 1/2 tsp ginger garlic paste + 1 green chilli finely chopped or crushed
Ingredients for Tempering
1 tbsp ghee or olive oil 1/2 tsp mustard seeds Few chopped coriander leaves and curry leaves 1/2 tsp red chilli powder or as per taste. Some oil or ghee for greasing a big thalli or tray
Instructions
Combine everything together in a deep microwave safe bowl except (for the ingredients for tempering).Mix nicely till there are no lumps in the batter.
Microwave on HIGH for 6-7 mins stirring in between after 2 mins . Spread the mixture thinly on a nicely greased plate or tray while it is hot using a spatula or with the back of the greased bowl .Wait for five minutes.
Cut into 3″ wide strips longitudinally. Roll each strip into logs gently.
Mix all the ingredients of tempering and microwave for a minute. Pour over the rolled logs..
