- 1 cup Nihkan All purpose Flour
- 1 cup water
- Olive oil / butter
- Chopped garlic – 5-6
- Chopped Green chilli -1-2
- Bell peppers -1
- Sliced mushrooms – one cup
- Salt, pepper, oregano, chilli flakes
- Some Spinach leafs
- Cherry tomato & Mashed Cottage cheese/Tofu
Instructions
- Take I cup of All Purpose Millets Mix, add 1tsp salt. Add 1 cup water. Mix it well to make a smooth batter and keep it aside for 5 mins.
- In a pan saute garlic, green chilli, mixed bellpeppers, mushrooms in some oil. Season it well with salt, pepper, oregano & chilli flakes.
- Add spinach and let it cook till spinach wilts. and keep it aside.
- Now pour the batter onto a hot pan and spread it to make a crepe.
- Cook the crepe well on both the sides. then add in your sauteed veggies. Garnish it with cherry tomatoes and some cottage cheese.
- Enjoy your protein filled crepes hot.
