- 65 g ( 1/2 cup) NIHKAN Sprouted sorghum flour
- 15 g (1tbsp) NIHKAN Green Banana flour
- 50 g coconut Oil
- 30 g water
- 35 g powdered brown sugar
- 1/4 tsp Baking powder
- 1/8 tsp Baking soda
- Desiccated coconut 2-3 tbsp
Instructions
- Mix oil and water in a bowl. You can use blender as well or mix well with hand.
- Sieve flour, sugar, baking powder , baking soda together.
- Add dry ingredients to wet ingredients.
- Add chocolate chunks and mix them.
- Use your hands and bind the flour well together. The texture will be little soft.
- Make balls with your hand and press them gently between your hands. And lay them flat on greased baking tray.
- You can add more coconut on top. Bake in preheated oven at 180 degree C for 18-20 mins until golden brown.
Allow them to cool completely for crispness.
