Gluten Free Vegan Chocochip Cookies – millet flour baking mix

Ingredients

  • 80g 3/4 cup NIHKAN Millets Baking Mix
  • 50 g Oil
  • 30 g water
  • 35 g powdered brown sugar /raw cane sugar
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • Dark Chocolate chunks

Instructions

  1. Mix oil and water in a bowl. You can use blender as well or mix well with hand. Add vanilla extract.
  2. Sieve flour & sugar together.
  3. Add dry ingredients to wet ingredients.
  4. Add chocolate chunks and mix them.
  5. Use your hands and bind the flour well together. The texture will be little soft.
  6. Make balls with your hand and press them gently between your hands. And lay them flat on greased baking tray.
  7. You can add more chocolate chunks on top if you want. Bake in preheated oven at 180 degree C for 18 mins.

Allow them to cool completely for crispness.
