- 80g 3/4 cup NIHKAN Millets Baking Mix
- 50 g Oil
- 30 g water
- 35 g powdered brown sugar /raw cane sugar
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- Dark Chocolate chunks
Instructions
- Mix oil and water in a bowl. You can use blender as well or mix well with hand. Add vanilla extract.
- Sieve flour & sugar together.
- Add dry ingredients to wet ingredients.
- Add chocolate chunks and mix them.
- Use your hands and bind the flour well together. The texture will be little soft.
- Make balls with your hand and press them gently between your hands. And lay them flat on greased baking tray.
- You can add more chocolate chunks on top if you want. Bake in preheated oven at 180 degree C for 18 mins.
Allow them to cool completely for crispness.
