- 1 cup – 100gm of NIHKAN’s Sprouted sorghum flour
- 20 gm NIHKAN’s Green Banana flour
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp baking soda
- 90 gm brown sugar
- 60 gm Oil
- 60 gm water
- 1 grated carrot
- 1 tsp apple cider vinegar
- 1/2tsp cinnamon powder
Instructions
- Take NIHKAN’S Sorghum flour. Add banana flour. Add baking powder, baking soda and sieve them all together.
- In another bowl take oil and add water and wisk them well together. Add apple cider vinegar.
- Add dry ingredients to wet ingredients. Mix them all well together. Add grated carrot and cinnamon powder.
- Grease the tin and pour the batter.
- Bake at 180 degree C for 30-35 mins until it comes out nicely done.
