- 100 gms butter / oil for vegan recipe
- Condensed milk -175gms/ alternative milk of your choice with 100gms of sugar
- Milk 300 ml (add to adjust consistency) or you can use alternative milk or water
- NihKan’s Sprouted Jowar flour 175 gms
- NihKan’s Green banana flour 25 gms
- Baking soda 1/2 Teaspoon
- Baking powder 1 + 1/2 Teaspoon
- Thandai mix 2 Tablespoon
- Rose petals for garnish
- Pista for garnish
Instructions
1. Mix Butter, Milk and Condensed milk together and mix it well.
2. Add all the dry ingredients and mix it well and pour into a greased container.
3. Bake it for 45 minutes at 170°C.
For sugar glaze
1. 1/2 cup powdered sugar
2. 1tbsp non salted butter (optional)
3. 1-2 tsp milk/water
For garnishing
– Sliced Pistachios
– Rose petals
– Sliced almonds
Thandai powder – for 100g mixture

½ cup almonds / badam
