- 2 cups – NihKan Green Banana Flour
- 2 tbsp Sugar
- 2 tsp yeast
- 1 cup warm water
- 1tso guar gum/xanthum gum
- 1tsp salt
- 2tbsp butter
- 2tsp olive oil
- 2 Eggs
- 1/2 cup Gluten free Oats (optional) or some seeds
Instructions
- In a bowl, take sugar, add yeast & 1/2 cup warm water and keep it aside for 2-3 mins.
- In another bowl, take NihKan banana flour, add guar gum, salt, butter, oil, eggs. Mix well
- Add yeast to the mixture. Stir well.
- Add 1/2 cup of warm water and stir it and add more to check the thick flowing consistency. It will not be like a dough, it will be like a batter consistency.
- Now transfer to a greased tin. Rest in warm place for 1 hour for flour to rise.
- You can sprinkle rolled Gluten free oats/ seeds on top and bake in preheated oven at 180 degree for 35 mins.
