- 50 g ( 1/2 cup) NIHKAN Sprouted Finger Millet flour
- 15 g (1tbsp) NIHKAN Green Banana flour
- 15 g Cocoa powder
- 50 g Oil
- 30 g water
- 35 g powdered brown sugar
- 1/4 tsp Baking powder
- 1/8 tsp Baking soda
Instructions
- Mix oil and water in a bowl. You can use blender as well or mix well with hand.
- Sieve flours, cocoa powder, sugar, baking powder , baking soda together.
- Add dry ingredients to wet ingredients.
- Mix them.
- Use your hands and bind the flour well together. The texture will be little soft.
- Make balls with your hand and press them gently between your hands. And lay them flat on greased baking tray.
- Bake in preheated oven at 180 degree C for 15-16 mins until they become little hard from top.
Allow them to cool completely for crispness.
