- 3/4 cup of NihKan’s Millets Baking Mix
- 2 over ripe bananas
- 1/2 tsp of salt
- 1/4 cup of olive oil
- 1/2 cups granulated brown sugar
- Butter milk – 1/2 cup milk (or alternatives) + 2 tsp apple cider vinegar
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon powder
- pinch of nutmeg
- 1/4 cup hot water
- Crushed walnuts 1/2 cup
Instructions
- Take bananas in a bowl and mash them with fork.
- Add salt, powdered sugar, butter milk, vanilla extract, cinnamon, nutmeg, oil. Keep mixing them one by one.
- Mix all well.
- Add dry ingredient- Baking Mix flour
- Add some water to adjust consistency.
- Mix evenly. Use folding batter method.
- Pour the batter into greased tin. Add crushed walnuts on top. You can decorate some banana slices on top as well.
- Bake in preheated oven at 180 degree C for 30-35 mins.
