- 4 Boiled & mashed Potatoes
- 1/2 cup boiled peas
- 1 tsp ginger grated
- 1/2 tsp green chillies (optional)
- 1tsp rock salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp cumin powder
- 1/2 cup Green Banana flour
- Fresh Coriander Leaves: 1 tsp
- Oil: As required
Instructions
- In a bowl, add all ingredients – boiled potatoes, peas, spices and then add 2 tbsp green banana flour. Mix them all well and make small round patties.
- Roll the patties in remaining banana flour to coat them.
- Heat a non-sticky pan. Once pan is hot, roast patties on both sides with 1tsp oil. You can optionally use air fryer as well.
- Flip both sides and making them crispy.
- Serve with dip of your choice.
Tip* – You can make the cutlets ingredients and keep them refrigerated & can use them later as well. Roast them before eating.
