Banana Flour Potato cutlets – healthy & super tasty

Ingredients

  • 4 Boiled & mashed Potatoes
  • 1/2 cup boiled peas
  • 1 tsp ginger grated
  • 1/2 tsp green chillies (optional)
  • 1tsp rock salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp cumin powder
  • 1/2 cup Green Banana flour
  • Fresh Coriander Leaves: 1 tsp
  • Oil: As required

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, add all ingredients – boiled potatoes, peas, spices and then add 2 tbsp green banana flour. Mix them all well and make small round patties.
  2. Roll the patties in remaining banana flour to coat them.
  3. Heat a non-sticky pan. Once pan is hot, roast patties on both sides with 1tsp oil. You can optionally use air fryer as well.
  4. Flip both sides and making them crispy.
  5. Serve with dip of your choice.

Tip* – You can make the cutlets ingredients and keep them refrigerated & can use them later as well. Roast them before eating.
