Gluten Free Vegan Millet & Dark Chocolate Energy Health Bars – No Bake

Ingredients

  • NIHKAN Sprouted Finger millet flour- 3/4 cup (80g)
  • Dark chocolate around 100g
  • Raw cane sugar (Jaggery) powdered – 50g
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • Few dried cranberries and blueberries

Instructions

  1. Grease a tray with oil
  2. Melt the dark chocolate in double boiler method and keep aside.
  3. Dry roast the Sprouted Finger millet flour in a pan for 5-7 minutes in low flame or until raw smell disappears. Add 2 tbsp of oil and roast for another 2-3 mins.
  4. Now pour the roasted flour over the melted chocolate and mix them well. Add the powdered sugar. Add the cranberries and blueberries.
  5. Drop the mixture in the prepared tray and press the top evenly. Add some more berries on top and allow it to cool down.
  6. Cut it in health bar shape of rectangle.
