- NIHKAN Sprouted Finger millet flour- 3/4 cup (80g)
- Dark chocolate around 100g
- Raw cane sugar (Jaggery) powdered – 50g
- 2 tbsp oil
- Few dried cranberries and blueberries
Instructions
- Grease a tray with oil
- Melt the dark chocolate in double boiler method and keep aside.
- Dry roast the Sprouted Finger millet flour in a pan for 5-7 minutes in low flame or until raw smell disappears. Add 2 tbsp of oil and roast for another 2-3 mins.
- Now pour the roasted flour over the melted chocolate and mix them well. Add the powdered sugar. Add the cranberries and blueberries.
- Drop the mixture in the prepared tray and press the top evenly. Add some more berries on top and allow it to cool down.
- Cut it in health bar shape of rectangle.
