Gluten free Masala Chai Millet Tea Cake

  • 1 cup – 100gm of NIHKAN’s Millet Baking Mix
  • 30 gms milk powder (optional)
  • 30 gm curd (or vegan)
  • 80 gm brown sugar
  • 60 gm melted butter (or oil)
  • 40 gm water
  • 100 gm masala tea with sugar

Made in Bundt pan.

Instructions

  1. Prepare masala tea – 1 cup water, tea leaves, 1-2 cardamom, 1-2 cloves, 1 small cinnamon – 1tsp sugar. 1tbsp milk. Boil everything for 5 mins and keep aside for cooling.
  2. Take NIHKAN’S Baking Mix. Add milk powder and seive and keep aside.
  3. In another bowl take butter & sugar and wisk it well. Add curd and add masala tea. Add dry ingredients.
  4. Mix them all well together. Add water and mix well again.
  5. Grease the tin and pour the batter.
  6. Bake at 180 degree C for 30-35 mins until it comes out nicely done.
