- 1 cup – 100gm of NIHKAN’s Millet Baking Mix
- 30 gms milk powder (optional)
- 30 gm curd (or vegan)
- 80 gm brown sugar
- 60 gm melted butter (or oil)
- 40 gm water
- 100 gm masala tea with sugar
Made in Bundt pan.
Instructions
- Prepare masala tea – 1 cup water, tea leaves, 1-2 cardamom, 1-2 cloves, 1 small cinnamon – 1tsp sugar. 1tbsp milk. Boil everything for 5 mins and keep aside for cooling.
- Take NIHKAN’S Baking Mix. Add milk powder and seive and keep aside.
- In another bowl take butter & sugar and wisk it well. Add curd and add masala tea. Add dry ingredients.
- Mix them all well together. Add water and mix well again.
- Grease the tin and pour the batter.
- Bake at 180 degree C for 30-35 mins until it comes out nicely done.
