Gluten free Vegan Millets & Oats Chocochip Tea Cake

Ingredients

  • 1 cup – 100gm of NIHKAN’s Millet Baking Mix
  • 20 gm – rolled oats
  • 80 gm brown sugar
  • 60 gm Oil
  • 60 gm water
  • 1 tsp apple cider vinegar
  • some chocochips, almonds, rolled oats

Instructions

  1. Take NIHKAN’S Baking Mix. Sieve it. Add rolled oats to it.
  2. In another bowl take oil and add water and whisk them well together. Add apple cider vinegar.
  3. Add dry ingredients to wet ingredients. Mix them all well together.
  4. Grease the tin and pour the batter. Garnish with some choco chips, almonds, rolled oats
  5. Bake at 180 degree C for 30-35 mins until it comes out nicely done.
