- 1 cup NIHKAN Sprouted Sorghum Flour – 120gm
- 8 gm – psyllium husk
- 160gm of warm water
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1tbsp oil
For filling:
- grated cheese
- chopped bellpeppers
- chopped onions
- chopped chillies (optional)
- chilli flakes & oregano
Butter/Oil for frying on pan
Instructions
- Take husk and soak in water for 5 mins.
- Prepare filling for paratha – add all filling ingredients and mix them together and keep ready.
- Take Sprouted sorghum flour, add salt and soaked husk mix and oil and mix them all together and form a soft dough. Knead with your hands.
- Now make medium sized balls and roll it gently.
- Add your prepared filling in the rolled dough and fold it inside in round shape.
- Heat a pan and roast the bread/paratha on both the sides on the 1tsp oil on both sides.
Enjoy hot parathas with pickle or yogurt!
