Gluten free Sorghum Millet Cheese Stuffed Breads / Parathas

Ingredients

  • 1 cup NIHKAN Sprouted Sorghum Flour – 120gm
  • 8 gm – psyllium husk
  • 160gm of warm water
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1tbsp oil

For filling:

  • grated cheese
  • chopped bellpeppers
  • chopped onions
  • chopped chillies (optional)
  • chilli flakes & oregano

Butter/Oil for frying on pan

Instructions

  1. Take husk and soak in water for 5 mins.
  2. Prepare filling for paratha – add all filling ingredients and mix them together and keep ready.
  3. Take Sprouted sorghum flour, add salt and soaked husk mix and oil and mix them all together and form a soft dough. Knead with your hands.
  4. Now make medium sized balls and roll it gently.
  5. Add your prepared filling in the rolled dough and fold it inside in round shape.
  6. Heat a pan and roast the bread/paratha on both the sides on the 1tsp oil on both sides.

Enjoy hot parathas with pickle or yogurt!
